Wanted Leader: Men or Women?
For me men is the good leader. Its because men has a strong decision in mind and in the right concept.
Its not that I am a male but it is just what I like. Men has a strong feelings and not like women that they are so sentimental. In such ways men are good, specially in politics. We can see that men are always inn in the politics. Yes female is our president now, yes it is good because they care a lot to people.
But when the leader is a male, it is a military movement. Or what I mean is men are always good in actions. For example, we can see the ability or the personality of our mayor. And he is Mayor Duterte, Mayor Duterte is what I called fighter. Because of his braveness and fighting spirit as a men he can do actions and super strict laws that people will be afraid of. But if women is the leader, shall we consider that it is just only a work group in the school. And some bad guys of their member are not listening or participating to the work. Its because that they are taking advantage of the leader. Because the leader is only a girl. But we all know that girls are so arranged and formal especially to work or some work papers in school. Yes they are good in academics but not all of them. Maybe for me I will choose men because I like the way they move and the way they handle their people.
